The Alliance concierge team provides a consistent experience that brings policyholders, insurers, and contractor partners together through dedicated, personalized service.

Since Alliance MRP is geared to be both a B2B and consumer-facing product, my role was to lead and design an eye-catching brand identity for our client. We wanted to create a branding experience that was friendly and assuring. To achieve this, all branding and UI decisions were led by iteration and stakeholder feedback.
